I Don’t Want Your Job

Here’s the deal.

Jobs kinda suck. They usually ask you to sacrifice your mental, emotional, and physical health for productivity, efficiency, and - most of all - profits.

And that doesn’t even usually lead to business success.

I’m looking for something different. If you’re reading this, that probably means you are too.

So, what do I want?

I want to use my strengths to help you solve important and interesting problems.

I want to build a partnership that makes us both better. I want to help you accomplish your goals and I want you to help me grow and evolve.

  • I look back at yesterday to make sense of today’s problems and find blueprints for tomorrow’s solutions. I can draw a clear link between where I’ve been and where I’m going.

  • I’m an open-minded and curious student who is constantly striving to improve. I see the world as full of things that I don’t yet know and enjoy the process of discovering and understanding it all.

  • I love to stretch and exercise my mental muscles by solving problems, developing new ideas, and understanding how I can help solve problems for people. I follow my mind wherever it takes me.

  • I like to save ideas, books, memorabilia, and facts (you should see my collection of physical books and virtual bookmarks). I love diving into all aspects of life to inform the problems I’m trying to solve.

  • I like to find data-driven evidence that explains why things are the way they are and how certain patterns affect each other.
